The 22nd annual Krycklan Symposium took place on September 24th 2025 in P-O Bäckströms sal, at the SLU Forest Faculty, Umeå. The event included talks and discussions on forest and water systems in the context of a changing climate, with sessions designed to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration. The event was hosted by the Department of Forest Ecology and Management at SLU.
Karin Eklöf, SLU-researcher at the Division of Geochemistry and Hydrology at the Department of Aquatic Sciences and Assessment gave a talk titled Influence of land-use activities on mercury cycling in boreal forests.
