Since 1987, the BIOGEOMON conference series has served
as a vital forum for advancing place-based ecosystem science, grounded in
integrated observations across the biosphere, hydrosphere, geosphere, and
atmosphere—hence the “MON” in BIOGEOMON. The 2026 conference explores the theme
“Ecosystems in Transition” through a diverse range of topical sessions
that reflect the complexity and dynamism of environmental change.
